Processing is performed to provide the requested service, fulfill contractual obligations, maintain security and operation records, support the legitimate interests of the operator, and, where required, based on user consent.
6. Audio Recordings and Temporary Files
Audio recordings are used to complete the selected processing operation. Source audio files are not stored as permanent files of the service. Temporary files may be created only for technical transfer to a processing provider and are deleted after completion or failure.

Transcript text, analysis output, service statuses, operation costs, and processing history may be stored so users can view results, reopen history, and control expenses.
